If discussing street racing isn't allowed, why is it called the "Street/Strip" section and below that ask to tell your story about racing someone from a light...?

I have no idea. Why do they have braille on drive up ATM's?? Why do they call them apartments when they are all stuck together?? Why is abbreviation such a long word?? What's another word for Synonym?? How do "Keep off the grass" signs get where they are? Why doesn't glue stick to the inside of the bottle? When it rains, why don't sheep shrink? If a mute swears, does his mother wash his hands with soap? If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it considered a hostage situation? Why are there interstate highways in Hawaii? If nothing ever sticks to TEFLON, how do they make TEFLON stick to the pan? If you tied buttered toast to the back of a cat and dropped it from a height, what would happen? If you're in a vehicle going the speed of light, what happens when you turn on the headlights? Why do supermarkets make sick people walk to the back of the store to collect their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front?

...ah, that explains it.

The section was named way before the rule about street racing was made.

Its a legal issue more than anything.
