<span class="post">Man all I seem to get in this silly podunk town is ricers.





Rolled up to a stop light next to a white prelude type thing with a
wing and altezzas. Sitting there chillin. The cross light turns yellow
and I start to boost. Light turns green and I leave this guy in the
dust by about 10 car lengths. He tried to catch up but couldn't.




I am loving these new shocks I put on (KYB monomax). They let my truck launch strong.</span>

Good kill!! He probably didn't know what he was up against. He most likely thought he was up against a GMC S15 or Sonoma. Many ricers aren't a challenge at all. About a month ago I waxed an older Civic with the usual wing, fart can tailpipe, fancy wheels. He was poking at about 10MPH from a stoplight, so I went over to the right lane which ends down the road a couple blocks. As soon as I got along side he nailed the gas and so did I. Needless to say I got far enough ahead of him to get get back in the left lane just as the right lane ended. I forgot to mention, that I was driving my wife's Dodge Caravan with her and the 3 kids inside. My kids were laughing so hard!! The wife, well that's a different story. I wish he could have seen my kids laughing at him!!! Too bad I wasn't driving the truck or my old Monte Carlo SS!</P>

those ricers are nothing all they are is a waste of money and over half-well way more than half arent a challenge at all, my friend raced on a strip a Honda prelude agianst his69 Camaro ss and of course it was a joke the Honda was no match. --domestics--

not all ricers r bad. cant say nothin bout the NISSAN SKYLINE, toyota supra, honda S2000. the skyline could beet your trucks stock. i have a 96 chevy silverado with a vortec 350 V-8 and i still like ricers.

your right now all are bad, he didnt say they were all bad, he say over half of them were. AND THEY ARE ITS A PATHETIC WASTE OF TIME, and a very big joke. i hate em. some just look queer.

i also have respect for the faster import sports cars, such as the skyline or supra.

Friend of mines got a Honda civic and i raced him in my 00 chevy, he told me he was gonna kick my ass because i have an extended cab and his car weights about 10pds, took about 4 seconds for me to pass him and keep pulling away untill about 1/2 mile down the road....told him to sell his junk and buy a chevy

Nice job beating the Civic legacy!! I love whooping the **** out of ricers. However, be careful for some of the factory imports and domesticssuch as, Evo's, WRX's, SRT-4's, Saturn Red Line's, and too many others tomention. These cars will whoop the dog**** out of our trucks unless they are heavily modified.My bud BigTexasChevyhad a Saturn Redline and that ****ing thing was sooooo fast!! Mid 13's in the quarter. Anyway, itis fun to beat the ricers. Keep smoking them bro!!

[sm=crossbonesgif.gif]i hate ricers with a passion but they are fun to race, i enjoy taking them on my snowmobile i just sit at the side of the highway waiting for someone to come along with a nice rice rocket and let them have a 100ft head start, nothing pisses them off more than me flying by them at over 100mph by the time they are at 45 :Donly ricer that gave me any challenge was a heavily modded celica i had him till about 110 then he passed me[:'(]. havent been able to take one in my truck yet as im just getting my lisencebut this summer shall be fun.
