Have a 92 gmc serria z-71 with 5.7, And I have a thumping noise that i cannot track down, only while in motion changed u joints , jacked up back end removed tires and still heard it, removed brake drums and still heard it. Any ideas? sounds just like a flat tire definatly a rotational noise.
