got a 69 Custom/10 mid-level model. here all the info

1969 Chevy C/10
350 Vortec w/ small cam, holley 2-barrel
350 Transmission
Less than a month old Hooker Headers and Dual Flowmaster Exhaust mid-way with turn-downs.
17" eagle alloys wheels w/ good tires
95 Pickup Bed.
New Reproduction Front Bumper.
New Windshield
New Motormounts
New Trans Cross-member
2002 Gray Leather Tahoe Bucket seats, (holes need to be drilled and bolted down and wired up, just sitting in there at the moment), but I do have the original bench seat that can go right back in.
All gauges and lights work.

and other than shifter cable needing replacing and 3rd gear going out (trans will need a rebuild) its a great running truck.

Beautiful truck! I have a friend with a big block. His drivetrain has almost 7K on it and it's also beautiful. He got 8500 for his.

Judging by what I have seen at the auctions lately around - $4500. I just saw a 72 yesterday that was fairly nice. It had a hopped up 350, nice paint, factory interior that had been redone a few years ago and it brought $6000.
