Did chevy make the 05 HD hood and grille the standard for all (i.e. non HD) 06 trucks? My neighbor has a '06 std cab, short bed, 2wd silverado with an HD hood/grille, Is Chevy crazy! that raised hood is what sets the HD apart from a standard silverado-they better have something in the works to fix this if they want to keep up with ford and dodge with the "I wanna be a big-rig" look.
