Went to open my hood this morning on my '99 Tacoma and the release handle under the dash just pulled out with no tension. The cable is still attached and I can feel it farther down the line, but it's not releasing the hood at all. Is there a quick way I can get my hood open to do a little maintenance that needs to be done today? Thanks.
