I have a 2000 Tundra w/a 4.7 I have had this truck for 5 yrs and it still runs and looks good. How can I boost my HP up to what the newer 4.7s are?

How much of difference is there? There are some aftermarket items available for your truck, though I don't know if it will make up the difference
