i live in nj and i am looking at buying a lifted truck. (the deal is too good to pass up)

the truck is a 1978 chevy c10 with a 24 inch lift and 52 inch tires. it also has a rebuilt 427 in it. the price is 2000$ because the guy is a good friend of mine. by problem is that in nj i cant seem to get this legal.. can anybody help me out?
