i have a 90 3500 dually. the brake pedal is really soft, i've bled the brakes a few times with no luck. i've been told it could be the hydro booster? any thoughts?

If the brakes still stop you well it may not be the hydro-booster. I've had ABS control valves get internal leaks and bleed down the pedal.
