Default Biggest tires?

I just bought a used 2008 SuperDuty V8 (Gas) with 265/70/17 tires that need to be replaced. I want to keep the rims but I am wondering what is the largest tire I can get away with? Do I have to stick with a 265/70/17? I am thinking about BF Goodrich All-Terrain KA's, but know nothing about sizing, etc.

Thanks in advance!

Default

I have Mickey Thompson Baja Claws. Thier 37 x 13.50 x 17
They cost me about 375 per tire but thier definitly worth it. i havnt been stuck once yet and ive been through some preety tough spots. they will rub against the frame a little if u do not have spacers though.
