Default Ball Joint

I have to replace the ball joint in my 1988 F250. I was wondering who has done this before and how diffucult it would be. Its the drivers side.

yaa its really very strange. i know it is too difficult in starting but after some time who drives he get idea & he will do it normally. then after he can't fell difficult.
