spare tire wont lower
has anyone else had this problem?
I want to take it off completely but cant get it to lower.
Any ideas how to get it off?

Take it to a muffler shop and have them cut it out to save you some frustration.

Don't cut yet..
What year truck..? I had a similar issue until I realized I was using the wrong end of the extension handle. The ends are similar..it took pictures to figure it out..
