Default NEWBS CHECK IN!!

Alright just want to lay out some ground work for new guys on the Silverado board. First of all, WAASSUUP?! Second of all, before you post a question, please take the time to check out the Frequently Asked Questions section at the top of the Silverados page. There are a lot of common questions that grow tiring and are explained quite well in the FAQ section. For example, if you have a question about exhaust, intakes, programmers, or other common performance mods, the FAQ is for you.

There are also a lot of common problems explained in the FAQ!

Also please take the time to get involved in the Truck of the Month contest which is held in a special section on the top part of the main page of this site. The board is actually called Truck of the Month Contest so it's kinda hard to miss.

Thanks for visiting. Hope you can learn something from us and maybe we can learn something from you!

Default New Silverado

Looks like this week I am going to trade in my 04 Colorado xcab Z71 for a 09 crew cab Silverado Z71. I hope to learn alot from the forum. Any hints for known problems to look for on the walk around and test drive?

I think newbs is a derogatory term. Maybe we can rank new people like they do in the military.. you know.. call them trainees, and privates and such..
