Default turn signal flasher

Do you know where is the turn signal flasher located on a 1997 Chevy Blazer S10?

On 95-97 and possibly 1998, both the turn signal and hazard flashers are located behind the lower dashboard trim just to the left of the cigarette lighter. You can not get to it without taking apart the trim (stupid design). On mine I drilled a 2" diameter hole in the trim with a velcro cover so I would never have to do it again.
