I am putting a leveling kit on my truck here in a week or two. Going to be considering new tires very soon. Right now i have 285/75/16 bfg all terrains. want something a little bigger if possible. Maybe 295/75/16 or 305/70/16

Anybody have any good tires they recommend too? All terrains are ideal because i do quite a bit more driving on the highway than i do offroad but when i do go offroad i need then to be able to get me out of some stuff... particularly mud.

I am putting Cooper Zeon's on in 2 days. I have heard nothing but good things about them.

 

you do know that the 305 is the width of the tire not the height right. I also want to do the leveling kit on my 02 z71. let us know how it looks.

 

Does anybody out there have either of these tire sizes on their truck? basically I want to know what the biggest size tire people have on their 01 silverado body style and how much customization it took.
