07'Silverado TPMS is showing one psi
Went out to truck this morning after nice M-Day Holiday and I had a warning that Passenger Front was 1 PSI. Tire was fine, no air lost. Other three tires at 37 psi. 128,000 miles on the truck so is this the battery in the sensor?
Need to replace all four TPMS Sensors or just the one?

If it were me, I would try a relearn.
Push both unlock and lock buttons on your key fob simultaneously and wait until the horn beeps. Once it beeps twice, go to the LF and start letting air out. When the car measures about a 10PSI change, it will beep the horn once at you, then move to the RF and do the same thing. You continue this in a "clock wise" fashion, from from LF to RF to RR to LF. When the procedure is complete, the horn will beep two more times confirming TPMS relearn is complete.
Or you can just replace that sensor, which is what I would do. Once it's replaced, you'll have to do a relearn anyways though. I've replaced many sensors for just being inaccurate, so it wouldn't surprise me if your sensor really did take a turn for the worst.
