When my Truck downshifts in certain conditions, it feels like it is wheel hopping. It doesnt do it every time, but when it does you can feel a couple of pretty hard jerks. The dealer told me they dont know and it will probably have to break before they can fix it?

 

It's funny how acnas can find that, but the dealer wants it to "break" before they will fix it. INCREDIBLE! Meanwhile you are uncomfortable driving your brand new truck. GM needs to man up. I would get documentation from the dealer and if they won't fix it call GM directly. I am sick and tired of GM finding excuses for their short comings. I have ONLY driven them for the last 15 years, but that big Ford is starting to look better and better.

 

That is pretty sad and unprofessional!! I see alot of guys that worked for a dealer that have gone into buisness on their own, and probably they know they will take this kind of buisness and fix it! All them hours and hard study for you guys to say "We'll just wait till it breaks". That is not what you call a guarantee on the box!! LOL
