09 straight pipe?

09 straight pipe?
i have a 2009 silverado with a 5.3 and i like loud exaust. i was wondering if anyone has straight piped one of these and if it is bad for the engine at all or if it will throw any codes. also if anyone has done it did it sound good or way to loud. thanks
