Default 1994 Silverado no heat

I have a 1994 Silverado 4 wheel drive v8 5.7, it has very little heat. I have flushed the radiator, cleaned the heater core, put in a new themastat. Checked the water pump seems to be working fine.

I discovered this problem after putting a plow on the truck and it over heated, I have also changed the fan clutch. Can anyone please help.

Thanks
