2001 6.0L has an exhaust leak that sounds like it is coming from the passenger side exhaust header. I can't get the bolts out of the heat shields to see the header though. anyone have this issue or should I be looking somewhere else for the noise???

 

check the bolts where the header mounts to the pipes. an have you tried wd40 or such
