2002 Silverado Message Center

Default 2002 Silverado Message Center

I have a 2002 Silverado 1500...As of this morning the battery light in the message center started blinking...I don't have a users manual so i can't tell what this means...Can anyone help?

I would suspect an alternator is going out. That would be my best guess since a battery is not monitored. Get your alternator tested.

I concur it is a dying or dead alternator
