Not to hijack the thread, but I was wondering the same thing. I changed my own oil on my 5.3 (2011) but didn't grease any fittings. I was wondering if going to the dealer every other oil change for the grease would be OK?

It wouldn't surprise me if that's the only two grease fittings on the truck. OEM manufacturers are going more and more to sealed parts, meaning no-maintenance. This is a good thing, however. These parts can last up to at least 100,000 miles before they give you any troubles. Check in your owners manual, or sneak back to the a lube technician at a dealership oil changing stall and ask him. He would know.

I wouldn't stress about it. Lube the ones you see, forget about the ones that aren't there.
