Are the u joint on it, are the bolts all tight in the bell housing, and did you tighten the transfer case?

Why did you pull the tranny in the first place?? Then did it get placed back in with the same transfer case? Same tranny? Then if all if exactly the same make sure that you didn't have a double u joint angle fixer in the drive line some where. After all that take the driveline off and move the slip joint back and forth until it loosens up. Try and lube it with a grease gun. Last resort, use thebig a$$ hammer and tap it until it either comes apart or continues to expand out. If all of that doesn't work go and measure one a wreaking yard and if that on is longer then grab it and change the u joints and your problem is solved! Good luck fella!

Thanks man ya i talked to a tranny specialist and he said that the front driveshaft is like a shock if u push it it will collapse so i guess i have to put it back out.
