So i bypassed the relay to try to narrow down the issue and the clutch in!! But within 10 min it was making some loud noise im thinking bearings?? also within the 10 min and 5 min driving did not seem to make a big difference in the warm temp?? slight difference but not enough to really notice a difference.. Any thoughts/opinions will be a huge help??? Thanks

Could be the vacuum lines going to your blend door are shot. I think the only way to get this fixed is to pull the control head, and get a hand vacuum pump and working the vacuum lines manually and checking for changes.

Then it's possible that somebody disabled your heater core ... and drained all the refrigerant. I'd pass on it if you don't own it already. Sounds like there's problems with the HVAC.
