another question...
well today I was trying to get out of my driveway after about 13' of snow....soon I was stuck and I put it in four high and nothing would happen it was like my truck was acting like it was in 4x4 but it wouldn't do anything... I then kept spinning my tires and finally got unstuck after watching only one of my tires (Passenger side) was the only one that would move in 4 high....4 low would not work either...can anyone give me some insight on what this may be I'm hopping not my transmission going out...maybe something cheap and easy???[:@] oh and now my lights in where my lever is wont light up???

RE: another question...
i doubt there is anything wrong with your tranny. Your truck probably has open differentials in the front and rear, which means what ever tire is easier to spin, will spin. just because you have a 4x4, it doesnt mean that all 4 wheels turn. that's why guys put lockers in there rear ends. did you have the tranny in neutral while trying to put it in 4 low? i know my truck has to be in neutral.

RE: another question...
well it's a manual so I didn't think I had to put it in neutral but possibly but I couldn't get that to work either just like 4 high...I checked my fuses they are good....I'm thinking maybe my hubs are shot? you can tell the previous owner abused the truck and went mudding alot with it(it does have 35' mickey thompsons on it) but my 4x4 lights came back on....could the hubs be it?

RE: another question...
I think the 93' had limited slips. I know in my 93' if you got one wheel off the ground the other would just sit there and shake.A locker would help. Also you can defeat the limited slip by adding a little brake pressure. This makes the slipping wheel think it has traction, so the other tire will move. Also it does need the clutch enguaged to shift into 4low.
