Personally I just choose to listen to my exhaust. The song never gets old. Maybe I am just a freak.

It's not my wife that you would have had to worry about ...it would have been my 10 yr old, my 6 yr old and 6 month old that you would have had to console. lol

It's rough sometimes, but now I have someone to mow the lawn and empty the garbage.

Make sure when it burns, it's not burning the mp3 files in an mp3 format. Factory head units aren't capable of playing an actual mp3, the compression is wrong or something like that. It doesn't sound like you are if the cds are playing in other factory HU's, but it's something to check. When I bought my truck, the factory HU cd player was all jacked up - wouldn't play any cd's, purchased or burned. Might get the first track and then nothing, just like yours. Swapped it out to a Pioneer and it's been sunny skies ever since. Good Luck
