CA: Looking for a CK P/u & 99-02 Silverado for HID testing, Free!
Hi, Genera Corporation (North American Distributor of TYC) is looking for 2 participants to help us test out our HID headlamp assemblies. The lamp being tested is a redesigned version of our current headlamp for the 88-94 Chevy C/K pickups and 99-02 Silverado except the photometric of the lamps are appropriate for HID use. The lamps come complete with HID components, bulbs, ballasts and igniters, also a heavy duty wiring harness to tie it all together.
We are looking for someone in the So Cal region with an 88-94 C/K pickup and 99-02 Silverado equipped with extensive electrical modifications, such as stereo system, upgraded ignition, sun/moon roof or any other similar mods. The user will then test our lamp for 30 days, and the HID system must be on when ever the vehicle is in use (driving day/night). The user must provide daily documentation (form will be provided) after use mainly to state any issues if any. Upon the end of 30 days, if the lamp has no issues or electrical interference the test is done and user keeps the lamp. However, if the lamp has issues, we will need to work with user to help identify the issue/problem and the lamp will be removed upon identification of problem to be sent back to our factory for further testing. Participant will receive a new revised HID lamp set upon completion of revision.
We are located in La Palma, and the install will take roughly 1 hour to fully wire the upgraded harness and lamps. We are looking to do this ASAP, if there are any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you.
