Default Chevy Truck has a Miss

I have a 1996 Z-71 pickup. It has 224,000 miles on it and has been virtually problem free. About a month ago it has developed a miss in the engine when driving about 30 miles an hour you can really feel it missing.

Trying to fix it ... I've replaced the plugs, wires, fuel filter, air cleaner. I'm not sure where to head next. I'm thinking distributor cap and rotor that goes inside it.

Any other suggestions? Thanks for you advice.

If it's due for a cap and rotor I would start there. If that don't fix it it is probably the spider injection, but I would start by doing a compression check (after the cap and rotor). Any codes?

The only code was a miss fire. Go figure.
