Default Couple of problems w/ 99' Sierra Z71

New here, looking for a little help.

I have a 1999 Sierra ext cab 5.3l z71.

My odometer and the P R N D 3 2 cluster works sometimes and other times doesn't. I don't know what's going on any help there would be great.

Also I changed out my cabin air filter awhile back, now fan blower speeds 1 and 2 do not work but 3, 4, and 5 do. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Thank you for your help!

relay pack for your blower is more then likely bad, and my 99 used to do that, seemed the the peice wiggled loose and had intermitent connection

The cluster issue is fairly common. There are guys on eBay that offer a rebuild service that fixes the issue.

It was the relay pack, I changed it and it works fine now.

Still needing the cluster rebuilt but it's hard to find someone that can do them, they all do the 03+ stepper motor ones.

Cheapest I can get it done is $170 shipped both ways. Anyone know who rebuilds these cheaper?

you could always get one off ebay cheaper.. and just record the mileage on yours before removed. and the mileage on the one before inserted. or get it electroncally corrected to match your truck
