Default CPU tune

Finally got my computer in. I had limited time to run it today as it started raining, but here are the initial results. Shifts much better, holds 2nd gear to between 95 and 100, no top speed yet due to traffic, and dropped 1.5 secs off my 0-60 on the first run. It seems to be getting faster as well so time will tell. I have no idea on fuel milage yet as I haven't let off the gas. On 1 run when it started to drizzel, I easily spun the tire off the line, then I got off of it, let the tires hook up, and they spun again when I hit second. This was with a little water on the road, but it was inpressive. I will give more info when I have it.

Congratz. From what I have heard ...100 miles seems to be the magic driving distance.

It'll stay in secondgear all the way to 100mph??? Are you sure? That's sounds crazy. Am I missing something here?

This sounds like exactly what the doctor ordered. Let us know your full gains when you get a chance. I am starting to get real serious about the tune. If you don't mind my asking who did you get your tune from?

these trucks are geared to where, if they had the aerodynamics and the tires, they could go WAY over 100

Smoke, you must have 3.23s. 4.10s would be pushing 8 grand or more @ 100!!!

My tune was done by wheatley, but geting hold of him is tuff. Also plan on 1-2 weeks for it to come in. He told me 2-4 days, but it was 8. He did a good job though. The shift at full throttle from 1-2 is at 55 mph, 2-3 somewhere between 95-100. I have 3.42 gears and 33" tires so that gives me a few more rpm. The low end didn't gain as I wanted, but it is better. Throttle response is fast, but I want a little more. There is more torque management to adjust out, I just played a little safe. I will post more as I get it. Also the 0-60 in my case is better by 1.5 sec, but I did it with the a/c on, so it may be better. I still need to tighten the exhaust to get lowend back. By the way, anybody here sell butterfly valves? I have an idea, and I will share it as soon as I work out the details.

Overall I am at 2 seconds less than stock, even with the bigger tires.

This is what I am looking at, just need a price and see if it can handle exhaust temps.

Look at the Spring driven swift butterfly valve.

And as some of you can tell, I am serious about making big power, so any ideas we can all work together on is good for me. I just can't front all the trials. I don't make enough money for that.
