Default Cranks over, but will not start

This is a 2002, W/an 8.1. I am turning this truck into a wheeler. It runs great (usually). I cut the cab off & took off all of the doors. I pulled plugs whenever possible. On the front door I got impatient & cut the harness. The wires I cut go to the power windows & door locks. I had the battery unplugged while I was cutting & welding. I hooked the battery back up to move the truck today & now it won't start. It does crank over. The open door beeping sounds starts up as soon as I turn the key. Any ideas...?

try reconnecting parts of the wiring harness that you cut through just to rule out that you did not need any part of it to run. then you can start looking in to fuel not getting in or no spark. i have the same truck, can you put some pictures of it up? i would love to see what my truck would look like for when i go that direction with it.

Yeah sounds like by default the comp shut down the ignition for security.

So if it is the security. Which...I have the feeling it is. What can i do? Is there a fuse that I can pull?

I will post pictures later. I don't have much done yet. I don't know that it would be very exciting right now. I started a cage. When i get some big tires & the cage finished I will post it up.

How are you attempting to start it? I am assuming the cab is cut off and you just have a rolling chassis with a motor in it.

The first time in went under the torch it still started right up. We cut off the top of the cab & removed the bed.

This last time we cut off everything else. All that is left is the dash to the grill. I think it has something to do with removing all of the wires that were in the doors. But i don't know how to fix it.
