Question custom chip needed

Well my brother has my dad's 1990 Chevy C1500 RCSB with a 5.7 350 that is being replaced by a 383 stroker. As of now it sits it has an automatic tranny, shorty JBA headers, Single in Dual out 40 series Flowmaster, Edelbrock intake and ASP underdrive pulleys.
With the 350 being replaced by athe 383 stroker I am now in search for a custom burned chip. I do not want to mess with Hypertech or Superchips being they do not do custom chips. Does anyone know where I can get one or does anyone know anyone who burns a chip that I can get in contact with?
Another question is if we use the exhaust like it is will the motor breathe enough. I was thining about longtube headers with 2 cats and 2 mufflers all the way back to the rear.

That exhaust is enough. That motor has a big stroke so goin 3 inch would work good. The best thing to do for the tune is find someone who can custom tune it. Im guessing you are running a TPI set up. Here is a website you can check out for a tune...http://www.gowheatley.com/ Call them instead of email.

The motor is TBI setup. I had a Hypertech chip in my old 90 model, but being it is a bigger motor that chip will not work correctly. Does Wheatley burn chips? I thought he only did the Programs for newer trucks.

Yeah that TBI set up is too small. Best thing is to find a Tuned Port Injection set up. I have a buddy here in town that is selling a set up for bout $300.
