Default Economic 6000 CFM Fan solution?

Ok, Im looking to run electric fans in my truck. What about that A/C relay? Do I really need it? Won't the temp prob on a standard temp relay kick on when the a/c heats up the rad? I haven't found good fans at a junk yard (they are either too small (secondaries), damaged or missing in any newer trucks) so I've been looking online too. I was planning on using two of these fans with a perma cool adjustable thremostat for dual fans. What do you think of these? (ZFB16S's 3000) http://www.snsclassics.com/fans.html

Why not just find a set up that house twin fans already mounted in a shroud? That would probably be a lot easier and neater.

Thats the point of doing it this way to save money. I just don't know if it will work right. They have kits that have dual fans and then ones that have dual fans in a shroud. The ones without the shroud are cheaper, but doing it with the fans I mentioned before would be the cheapest and pull 500 more cfm of air. But then again the shroud may allow more air because it is focusing the air through the rad. Grrr, why can't they just make an inexpensive setup that would be direct bolt on!
