I was in the mountains this past week end and was turning around on a very narrow drive way. Well, I ended up going front first off the end of the drive way which had a 2 foot drop, a fence, and then the side of the mountian. I probably could have avioded this but I was too busy trying to throw my son out of the door cause I thought I was a goner.

Although I did not go off the mountian, I was damn close!
The only thing that stopped me were the two bars that are atattched to the frame and transmission. the held the truck up high enough that the front wheels were off the ground. Long story short.

I called a tow truck cause all I was doing was melting the tires off the back. He chain pulled me out with some enormous chevy flat bed and all was saved. No truck damage, just pride.

But to steal a quote, "at least it wasn't a ford"!

 

Well thats good that you had no damage. And it i was in a ford i would of let it go off the mountian. That is if it could of gottin up the mountian in the first place
