I would suggest heading down to your local muffler shop and having them do it. It will most likely be cheaper and that way you get it exactally the way you want it.

I recently had a flowmaster 50 series single in/dual out installed with corner exits. It looks and sounds great. It was professionally done by a 4x4 shop in PA. The local muffler shop couldn't bend the pipes. If you live in PA, this shop does everything for off and on road including lifts and leveling kits and CAI and tunes. Plus, they are reasonably priced.

My wife had a Gibson exhaust on her Avalanche, and it sounded nice and it was single in, dual out and they both exited on 1 side, just behind the mud flaps. Have him pay to have it done @ a local shop. Mine was $300.00, 50 series Flowmasters straight out the back, single in/dual out.

Summit offers allot of kits but im not sure if they have what you are looking for but you can check there site. But if it was me id have a shop do it it might be cheaper then ordering one. There is a shop out here that dose stuff for some people after hours for very cheap.

I'm not sure but I think Borla also offers a dual exhaust that comes out behind the right rear tire. Most of the companies that offer custom exhaust kits like these want an arm and a leg for them though. I'd just wait until your truck breaks down or something else goes wrong and let him reimburse you then. I had a single in/ dual outlet Flowmaster 40 installed with the duals running out the right side in front of the back right tire like the Ford Lightenings for $245 out the door with chrome tips. It looks and sounds awesome.
