Default exhaust difference between models?

im looking at flowmaster kits 17350 and 17328. the 17350 is for 01-03 1500hd and the 17328 is for 01-04 2500. is there any difference in the application? i want the more aggressive sound, but the kit specific for my truck is only moderate sound

I'd go with the 17350 just because they very well could have changed around some things between the models... a lot of times its small changes that no one really notices until you go to put the part on

sound, performance, mileage. i wound up just buying the 17350 kit. i had a 10% off coupon for ebay, so it was $300 shipped. this is the first exhaust setup that i actually bought instead of building since there is almost no mufflers that i could find to just replace the stocker.

IMO, only thing your gonna get outta flowmaster is sound. There are other systems that have proven numbers on dyno's with better performance and sound. Im lookin into spintech now.

almost anything is an improvement over stock. i just dont want to spend $600 on a system when i dont need the power. the 6.0 is overkill for me as it is

Flowmaster? Waste of time? LMAO! Goodthing I got a Flowmaster Clone on my truck... I like it thought it is a better improvment over my Summit Racing catback system I had on my truck... in every way.

Ok well if you dont need the power and jus want the sound, Flowmaster would be the choice. Good luck!
