Ok guys im set on getting a flowmaster muffler I just dont know what series to go with I want a deep loud rumble when I accelerate and a nice rumble when its idling. and suggestions I appreciate It...

 

I put a 40 series on my 2000 Silverado and I love it. It isn't too loud at idle but when you accelerate it comes to life.

 

I put a DynoMax muffler in place of my stock muffler using the stock pipes.. and it sounds awesome. Sounds healthy under acceleration and nice rumble at idle but isn't so loud on the highway that it gets on your nerves. I let a friend drive my truck a couple weeks ago and he came back saying man that trucks sound is perfect.... I forget the series or model number of the muffler but it was almost exactly the same length of the original and you could see straight through it to the other end.
