you know whats a bitch for a 6'3" guy to get in and out of? a new(ish) tbird. i had to pull one out of a bay at school today (while a 5'7" guy opened the door... wtf...) and it took me like thirty minutes to get out... i seriously considered dropping the top and crawling lol

Anyway, I'm not a big guy at all, but I have the most difficult time hopping in and out of Miatas, Solstices/Skys...etc. In fact, the first time I drove a Miata (girlfriend's), I didn't even wear my seatbelt because I felt as though I was less 'driving the car' than strapping it on and wearing it.

It was fun to fling that bastard around though. Like driving a soda can.

 

I am eye level with the top of the windsheild in an S2000 with the seat all the way back. With the top up it sucks real bad. Was the #1 reason I couldn't justify it even when my 91 GMC was in tip top shape.

 

You ever sat in a Viper? Talk about blowing monkey nuts for room. Not to mention I couldn't see a damn thing out of it.

WHAT?! You must be huge cause my 95 Z28 had tons of room. The only thing I hated was the door being so long you had to make sure you gave yourself some extra door room when parking.

And I've sat in a Mamba Edition SRT-10 Viper. Was compact but definately had more room than a Miata. Although I was so extatic to be sitting in it the floor board could have been full of snakes and I might have missed it, LOL!

The all time worst car ever I've sat in though is a Ferrari Testerossa!! Awesome car but for crying out loud, I'm 6'2" and most of that is in my legs. I had to slouch in the seat AND tilt my head over about 50 Degrees to the right! Definately the coolest car I've ever sat in but I'd have to cut a hole in the roof if I owned one, ROFL!!

 

im 19, im at a tech school... and right you are major silva, very clever... i think i could deal with squeezing into a ferrari or viper lol. the ends justify the means for sure... a tbird though, not so much

 

Oh, don't get me wrong, I will set aside my personal comfort for less than a Ferrari or something like that... It just better haul ***!

the limo company i drive for just bought a 96 viper and it is sick fast. I short and wide and i don't fit in it either but i make it work just so i can drive it.
