Cool Flywheel differences

I am looking into swapping out my 305 for a 350 GM crate motor, in my 1998 C1500 chev PU

I was told by the dealer that I would have to replace my flywheel to do this. Any advice? It sounds odd as I am running an auto trans. What if any would the difference be? Thanks!

When I checked at www.jegs.com the same part number comes up for both engines. It's a 168 tooth. The McLeod 460260, 560260 and 460260-1A flywheels.
