front end problum
Hey guys maybe someone has an idea here or similar experiance. I have an '02 Z71 1500 with 135,000 miles on it I recently installed the rough country 2" leveling kit and found out I needed my wheel bearings replaced. After I had a shop replace all four about a month later I noticed a sorta low tone shrug or pop when I would back up and it has been getting worse. it generally happens the worst and loudest now when I back up with the wheel turned either left or right. It sorta sounds like metal to metal rubbing as I back up until one piece slides off the other with a thud. driving is smooth and as well as stearing. any ideas would be helpful, also anyone else with the rough country leveling kit notice their tires slightly turned inward towards the bottom it's affecting my tread wear is this normal?

Your camber is off. Camber is the angle of the wheel, measured in degrees, when viewed from the front of the vehicle. If the top of the wheel is leaning out from the center of the car, then the camber is positive ,if it's leaning in, then the camber is negative. If the camber is out of adjustment, it will cause tire wear on one side of the tire's tread. If the camber is too far negative, for instance, then the tire will wear on the inside of the tread. So an alignment is needed to fix this.
