Keep your foot out of it, slow for lights to prevent full stops, dont let your truck warm up, keep tires at full pressure, don't lift it, dont put bigger tires on it, replace air filter when dirty, replace fuel filter when dirty, dont drive over 55 MPH becouse of air resistance, avoid the stop and go traffic (stay on freeways and highways when possible), there are so many things that you can do differently to save fuel and increase your milage. As far as mods go, like I said don't do a lift and tires. Go with the CAI, Exhaust, and chip or programmer. But that is only good if you KEEP YOUR FOOT OUT OF IT!!!!

...so this whole time people have been lying to me? Great! They all said that if I get huge tires, big lift, and hammer on it all over the place that I'd get the best mileage possible.

I'm angry now.

: )

Relax man. You're not about to break into the 20's for mileage no matter what, so just stay off the frickin pedal and you'll be fine.
Oh, BTW, go to Autozone/Schucks/O'Reillys...etc and GET YOURSELF A REPLACEMENT (K&N) AIR FILTER. They're 45 bucks, and they're worth every goddamned penny.
Good to see more 95's on the road.

Yes, I have a direct replacement and I love it. If you are planning on getting a CAI then don't buy one, obviously.

Just park it you'll save a ton on gas! Lol.

K&N airfliter and good quality fuel with regular maintenance will do it. Claen the throttle body and the MAF too.

Exactly 10MPG!!! I am just saying for the commuting. And you can get an american rice burner. Or get a reputible forign bike or compact car like a Honda. Personally I like honda bikes, but I own a Suzuki and had a Kawasaki. I guess thats why I like Honda's, I have never owned one. (Except three wheelers) Wow if that didn't put a date on my age I don't know what would!
