If GM does actually go completely under I would say you have no warrenty. Where would you take it? There would be no dealership to take it to, let alone money to pay for the fix. But I wouldn't worry about it. I really can't immagine any of the big 3 going under. They may restructure, cut production, lay off ton's more people, but I really don't think they will fold. Just my opinion.

I had some warranty work done on my Chrysler and I was very happy to have it completed this month (the end of my warranty) because I was afraid Chrysler would go under before the work was completed! If any of the automakers fall, it will likely be Chrysler first IMHO.
