Default i posted photos for every to see on my profile

i posted photos with descriptions of the removal and instal process on my profile i didnt take any photos while i removed the shocks and installed new ones the photos are with the new ones on and a description of my best ability

so if ya need them its there
and also if you have front coil springs you may need to rent or purchase a coil spring compressor to compress them for install and removal
i dont have coil springs on the front or rear so i didnt need that tool
also the pictures uploaded backwords from the way they were sposed to be so the last picture is the first step then the 2nd to last and so on the picture steps are from right to left

I am very interested to see how the back goes. I will be putting some new Monroe 58600 Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shock Absorber on the back of mine next week. Though I will be pulling the bed to do some work on the fuel pump as well (new one put in last year and now only read to half, ugghh). SO hopefully mine will not be too bad.

Any advice would be great.

i am holding off on doing mine as me right rear shock mount is rusted thru so i have to have a new one welded in but it should be farely simpl jack the truck up using the frame not the axle remove the 2 bolts on the top of the shock mount then remove the bottom bolt and pull out old shock the instalation is a reverse of those steps

but i will be getting a new shock mount hopefully soon whenever the guy delivers my frame

Mrradiation, you're definitely doing it the easy way by sliding the bed. Yeah it's heavy but sooo much easier in the long run. The fuel level sensors have always been a point of contention. I'm surprised they haven't built something more reliable to be honest.

Funny thing is, my 89 reads fuel prefectly. Original fuel pump to the best of my knowledge, original sender and tank. Never had an issue with it. Could use a new fill neck though.
