Default Headliner replacement

Hey guys, new to this Forum and I have a question regarding my 1994 Chevy K1500.

If there is a thread on this already, I apologize, but I did an advanced search and could not find one.

I have a new headliner from GM and need to install it. Can someone give me detailed instructions on how to remove the trim pieces and the headliner?

My under hood insulation is shot and is ripped to ribbons. Could someone recommend a good after market supplier for this item?

And finally, the biggie....water is leaking in around the top passenger side or the sliding rear window...how to remove the sliding rear window and the black outside trim to determine if I can fix...is there a seal for this area or do I need to shoot some sealant?\\Thanks for the help, I'm going to update my profile now.

Buy a good trim tool and very careul with the trim and pop it off.
Just drop down the trim around the doors A pillar and top of winshield. It self explanatory I would reckon if you look at the truck and part. If you haven't removed glass before maybe get a body shop to do that or window glass place.
LMC Trucks for the hood insulation.
Good luck.

On the 94 don't worry about trying to take the rear headliner trim down, it is a real pain in the @ss. You can slide it in with it intact. Just take the side pillar pieces down and the front will have velcro above the window in 3 places and of course the visors - they have 3 screws each. Try to take them out and remember there orientation so it will be easier to put them back in.
Like already mentioned I would take the truck to a glass shop and have them reseal the back window. It will be money well spent and shouldn't be that expensive.
Good Luck!

Thanks for the rapid responses, guys.

Mr Shamrock, sounds like you have the GMC version of my Chevy, 5.7 liter and all.
