help me with a throttle surge pleeeeezzzz!!!!

fuel deposits build up around the flap making it sticky, that is what made the gear strip, it just was'nt working freely enough. the dealership is who told me about the cheap fuel leaving deposits and after seeing what came off that tb, i belive it to be 100% true. but hey, you can run whatever grade gas you want to , i'm just trying to pass along info to save some other ppl headaches.

That build up around the flap is from the egr, humidity and the other junk that gets past the air filter and of course the oil off the cotton fiber filters...if you are running one that is. There is no fuel coming through the throttle body past the butterfly... just air, unless you are running the late 80s to mid 90s throttle body setup that has injector before the butterfly. Not to argue, because the info is good and is most appreciated. I beleive regular cleaning of the butterfly is the best preventative.
