Im ordering some new HIDS and i want an opinion on what to get since theres so many damn options of kits

 

ddmtuner has the cbrightest set cheapest price but the brightest ones i have the 10k and they are bright! for fogs and low beams total it was 96 dollars

 

IMHO, anything hotter than 6k is more for color, not to say anything wrong with that. A Diamond White 6k is bout the brightest to get for better vision on the road. A true HID set will cost you some money but the ballast's that come with those last much longer. All the HID bulbs are very well made, its the ballast's that go out and give problems. You will notice a color shift because of a bad ballast. I did get a generic set for under $100, but after a year they started dimming and got more of a blue color than white. Turned out the ballast's went bad.

 

I Ordered them last night. I got the 6k cuz there the best onew without being purple. Luckily i have 4 sets of ballasts laying around so i just got some bulbs and hopefully wont have to order the ballasts. But thanks for the suggestions
