OK guys I bought this water pump on Ebay dirt cheap the guy was selling it because he said he couldn't get it to fit on his 383 stroker he was building well I bought and I found out that it was hitting my power steering pump tank so I hacked it off next the pulley for the pump wouldn't line up the studs they were spread out more than my mine and my clutch so I reamed out the holes on the pulley and fan clutch and it worked super good now I can see the water flowing more compare to before one reason for doing this is I have power puleys and in traffic in this Texas heat the pump flow was slower than normal also my clutch was toasted so I did all the work at once. My truck is a 1993 F/S GMC with a 5.7 yes I called Summit before I installed it but I had no receipt so I made it work. So it can be done. I hope this helps someone one day or night.
