How to haul my boat on top my truck!
I have a old (1978) chrysler boat, 15.5 feet. I have seen a couple trucks around with their boat on top of their truck while towing a holiday trailer. I was thinking of doing the same. I already have a winch on the front of my truck I can use and currently have a quad deck on the truck. I was thinking of either beefing up the back of the quad deck to hold the boat trailer or have the deck legs removable so I can replace the deck with the boat mount.
Has anyone ever seen what I am talking about? I am looking for suggestions or a web site of someone who has done this?
Thanks,
Brad.

You guys are pretty funny. I realize I should have clarified my request. The boat weighs around 2000lbs, it has to sit on a special rack that can support the weight. The rack would be attached through the box and to the frame and at the front either to the headache rack or the front winch mount/bush guard. The boat is fibreglass and has a 90 hp motor.
I will try to get some pics.

ohhhhh... gotcha... nope never seen it, sounds like a better idea than putting a hitch on the back of a camper and pulling the boat behind the camper like people around here do though

With a 32 foot trailer already behind my truck and it being illegal to pull two trailers in many places I don't have a lot of options to get all the toys to the lake.
If I get it built I will post some pics.
