89isprettysmple,but you'll need a couple of special tools....a steering wheel puller, and lock-ring depressor...the key cylinder is pretty cheap with 2 new keys...

I've removed everything down to cylinder but it won't come out, the key is stuck in the run position.

There Is a Bolt Just Above The Cylinder, Not A Torx, And It Just Turn But Won't Come Out.

yeah..under the turn signal switch...then there is a plastic/metal key buzzer spring to take out of a hole...then it should be a torx...unless someone switched it
