what happened was me and my buddy shot 4 deer and they were about 4 hundred yards from the road and didnt have a four wheeler so i wasnt about to walk my fat *** to get them deer so i tried to cross a swamp and hit a stump and lost momentum so i sat there and spining and mud was coming in the doors. so i flagged down a duramax and he pulled me out with ease. but i wound up dragging them damn deer and i almost had a heart attack

Sounds like trash lodged around the caliper, or a warped rotor. How hot were the brakes when you got stuck? Rotors warp very easy when hot.

 

well it couldnt have been too hot cause just got in the truck. but i've been driving it and its been getting better so it seems like it will getback to normal

 

men it took me almost a week, but i finally figured what was making the noise. well it sounded like it was coming from up front in the tires, but come to find out it was the rear drive shaft. unfortunatelyone of the cross bars connected to the frame got bent serverely and was touching the drive shaft and everytime i moved it made a loud noise. luckily i caught it in time or it would have cut right through the DS

 

LOL! I thought you said it was only making racket when you applied the brakes though.

 

exactly thats the wierd part i dont know how that happened
